Industrial Visit to Cochin from 14thto 18thMarch 2023.I agree to co-operate with all my mates and
will follow all the instructions given by the faculty member/ team leader.
In case of any act of indiscipline or misbehavior by me, I shall own responsibility and shall
abide by the action / decision taken by the faculty member of PKIET/ team leader. I will follow all the
moral duties during the industrial visit.

1) That I am giving full consent to the travel of my children/ ward for attending Industrial Visit

2) The departure time is planned on14thMarch 2023at 7pm, and the visit will be returning by
18thMarch 2023.
3) I agree to pay an amount of Rs. 5000/-, towards the expenditure for the Industrial visit.
4) I am aware that trip may be delayed by couple of hours due to unforeseen circumstances.
5) I take the responsibility of dropping my son / daughter in the morning and picking him/ her in
the evening from PKIET Campus.
6) My son/daughter will not involve in any indiscipline during the entire visit. In case of any
indiscipline, the college authority can take any disciplinary action against my son/daughter.
7) The college authorities will not hold responsibility, in case of any accident or mishaps, keeping
in view the above points.
