3 elements of a communication plan:


1. Define audiance: first step to understand audience needs, interest, preferences
so that we can tailor our message
to resonate with them, it will increase likelihood of them engaging with
communication.

2. Be clear and concise: Focus on key message and avoid using unneccessary jargon
or technical terms.
keeping communication simple and to point will help audience understand your
message more easily.

3. Choose the right channel: Its crucial and imp. to understand what channels are
best for my audience. eg. video conferencing
for remote audience. Email or phone for tradition etc.
