 Crime- 420 IPC, 34 IPC, 467 IPC, 468 IPC, 471 IPC, 120-B IPC, 448 IPC, 201IPC.
 On dated 13/07/2018, complainant received a notice from the bank, that Nikhil Kothari
took loan on total 49 flats of different wings by IIFL Bank that were already fraudulently
financed.
 On further investigation it is found that, building tax of rupees 10 Crore is pending by the
Nikhil Kothari to be paid.
 On investigation by the police it is found that, on dated 12/05/2019 one sale deed was
signed between Md. Ali Usmani and Nikhil Kothari for the following flats no. - A- 201,
202, 205, 206, 601, 503, 303, 508, 608, 703, 704 and B- 101, 108, 701, 702, 703, 704,
were notarised on 100 rupay stamp./
 Nikhil Kothari signed another agreement in the name of Sakir Raine, in the stamp of Rs
1000, stamp no. 926700, which is mentioned by Deepak Mishra in serial no. 2438 on
dated 08.10.2014. On investigation it is found that, in the place of Deepak Mishra’s seal
and signature there was Shakir Raine’s signature and seal.
 Moreover, Nikhil Kothari and Mohammad Usmani, came into an agreement for the 17
flats. By Nikhil Kothari flat no. 607 was transferred in the name of Nizamuddin, flat no.
601 on Dushiyant Singh, flat no. in the name of Jitendra Charunde by an agreement. On
the above agreement, there was seal and signature of Susheel Kumar Sethi was there, But
in statement, he stated that in the place on his signature and seal someone else’s seal and
signature by frauduantly.
 All the sale deed signed by Nikhil Kothari was not seems like his signature then the
report sent to S.I.Q.D, Bhopal and it is found that all the sale deed are fake and there is no
signature of Nikhil Kothari in all those sale deeds.
 In further investigation by the District Treasury Office, the Officer stated that the said
seal was not issued by Treasure Office.
 For this, Mohammad Ali Usmani, Dushiyant Singh, Pradeep Bhore, Shakir Raineen,
Nizamuddin and Mehmood are absconder.
