CQPI:-

1) Provide past question papers in Library for reference

2) Share the quiz calendar and syllabus for it in advance
3) publish quiz results as soon as it's over
4) publish midterm results before the end of the term so that students can improve in end term
5) Increase the weightage of CP and assignments, as scoring in these components is more
effortless.
6) The question paper should be set keeping in mind the non-commerce background students
and according to what's taught in the class.
7) Previous term results should be published before the next exam to help students gauge the
situation and prepare accordingly.

Attendance:

1. Make 75% Attendance mandatory and scrutinize every exemption request with serious
repercussions.
2. Regular in-class graded assignments would make students come to class. Or changing the
way CP is given. So if a student uses all his 5 Attendances for a 3 credit subject, he
automatically gets a 0 CP or bare minimum CP. There should be a significant difference in
the CP grading for those who have diligently attended all the sessions and those who have
skipped classes. (As Prof Ganeshan has done)
3. start classes at 11:45 am instead of 9:45 am.
4. Class duration can be reduced to 1 hr and no. of classes can be increased.
5. If the faculty is identical for a subject and the student misses the class, then the student
should be given a chance to attend the same subject class with another section so that he/she
doesn't miss the attendance
