H ello, my name is Crisia Jane G.

Lota and I'm

20 years old. Before migrating to the Philippines, I grew up

in Saudi Arabia and spent the majority of my childhood there.
I'm not very adept at communicating with men because
everything in Saudi Arabia is segregated, including the
schools. As a result, I had no choice but to move outside of my
comfort zone, which is both one of our strengths and a weakness.
Many people are unable to articulate their strengths and
shortcomings. I want to address or express my inadequacies
because I believe that without them, I would not be who I am
today. That is why I am pleased to admit that I have many
flaws because I am not a flawless person in the first place. When
other people get what they want and I don't, I get jealous. It
may sound selfish, but looking back, I am selfish, but I have
never admitted it to anyone. Now that I've matured and
learnt a lot from my experiences that nothing in life is free, I
know that I have to work hard if I want something in life and
not just do nothing since nothing good comes from doing
nothing. There is also a secret that I have kept for a long time
and that is why I chose nursing in the first place. I was never
good at academics and struggled with academics for a long time
I had tutors but it never went right then I learned to be active
in school and that's when I realized I like doing stuff and
being active. Then there was an incident that completely changed
my perspective on life when my father was hospitalized for three
days due to heart surgery that they never told us about. When I
saw him again after he was released from the hospital, I was
shocked when he said, "You want to look at the video of my
heart surgery?" because I thought he was on a business trip but
he was not. I want to monitor their health so that they can live
a long and healthy life with us, and I am grateful to them for
sending me to this school and course.
