What can the managers do to change the corporate culture of the company where

they work? Write your opinions.


 The common ideas, attitudes, norms, and beliefs that characterize members of a
company and determine its essence are referred to as corporate culture. The aims,
tactics, structure, and attitudes to workers, customers, investors, and the larger
community all contribute to corporate culture. There are 4 types of corporate
culture.
Adhocracy culture would be effective as a leader.

Manager could change the corporate culture of the company where they work are as
follows:
 Define a collection of values and behaviors.
 Integrate strategy and processes with culture.
 Culture and accountability must be in sync.
 Make a list of non-negotiables.
 Proponents should be visible
