Terms & Conditions
General Terms

• Tax would be applicable as per the existing rate of tax at the time of billing. Currently : 18% GST.

• Service will be considered complete once the Analysis report / Audit report / inspection reports are handed over to

the client.

• Logistics will be applicable if location is out of Mumbai.

• Proposal Validity : 30 days from the date of proposal.

Billing Terms

• Billing of the job will be done in the name of Equinox Labs Private Limited.
• 100% Advance payment against Proforma Invoice prior to submission of reports.

Sampling & Reporting

• The client needs to arrange for the specific permissions required for visiting the site for the collection of samples.

• Sample collection will be free in Mumbai.

• Equinox Labs will provide the sterilized containers (if required) for sample collection.

• Perishable samples are discarded immediately after analysis. Non- perishable samples are discarded after 2 days

from the date of report.

• Equinox labs will try its best to deliver the reports on time but in case of delays, under no circumstances will any
penalties be applicable on Equinox Labs.

• The report is for the tested sample only.

Confidentiality

• Equinox will keep all the reports and remarks made confidential.

• Non Disclosure Agreement can be signed if required by clients for maintaining confidentiality.

Refund Policy

• In case Testing has begun then no refund of the order will be accepted

• In case Testing has not begun then the unused amount will be issued in form of credit note
• In case of Shelf Life Testing, if the upcoming phases are canceled then 10% processing fee will be charged

Cancelation Policy
• In case Testing has begun then no cancelation of the order will be accepted

• Order can be canceled only before the samples are collected

• In case samples are collected and then the order is cancelled, then 10% processing fee will be charged
• In any other case, there will be no cancelation accepted and full amount will be payable

By placing the order the client agree the terms and conditions mentioned in this proposal.
