- What has been your biggest challenge as a woman working in (insert job) environment?

Follow up: how did you overcome this challenge?

- What schooling did you do? Courses/degree did you take/get?

Follow up: are there any courses you would suggest girls wanting to enter the (insert job) to take?

- How would you say the relationship between the community and your work is?
- Has there ever been a time you have been looked down on or over because of your gender?

Follow up: do you know any female colleagues who might feel this way?

- Being a first responder must be hard. How do you separate home and work life?

Follow up: how do you keep a healthy mindset through your line of work?

- What is something you find discouraging about your work environment?


- Would you say that you and any of your female colleagues are treated the same as your male
colleagues? And can you give examples?
- In the future, how would you like to see (insert job field) change?
