cycle of continuous information seeking, meaning ascription and action.

Acording to Fiske and Taylor, 1984,

Behaviour episodes are the building blocks of schema. They guide interpretations and actions in new
behaviour episodes, which further refine schemas and so on.

(Pfeffer, 1981) explain that :

The critical importance of organisational culture and leadership actions that provide the cues, which
ultimately govern organisational function and activity, become of prime importance in nurturing
creativity and innovation.
