At the time of boarding, if you could create TWO legal document fields to say specifically,

Certificate of Incorporation

Article of Incorporation

Perhaps, we can create checkbox for the statement that customer does not do business with the
Sanctioned countries, entities, and individuals

Our Understanding:

So we believe that the client is asking to create 2 new fields by the name of certificate of
incorporation, article of incorporation and also a checkbox of authenticity of the customer on
the Legal Document submission screen. This means that we will need to update the existing
form of legal information only the frontend and backend would be already updated. Please
correct us if we are wrong.

We can always ask for the additional information after the merchant register since the info will
be based on a per basis situation.

Our Understanding:

Okay, so merchant registration will be done during the onboarding process or after the process
completion, do we need to ask for the additional information during the onboarding flow
similarly like we ask for Passbase, Bankinfo etc and we will create one more step for vopay
additional info and ask for the relevant details

Or

Would the additional information would be added from settings page and we will create a new
tab for Vopay additional information and then details would be added similar to the the bank
account, please correct us if we are wrong.

· Business number (tax number)

· Amendments (name change, address change, director change, etc.)

· DBA name registration

· Nature of business

· Website 

· Source of wealth, source of funds

· APR and lender license, if a lender

· Beneficial ownership (those who own 25% or more)

· IDs, DOBs occupations, email addresses, and residential addresses for Beneficial Owners,
Signing Authorities, Key Controllers

· If the owners are IBOs, incorporation documents (certificate of incorporation, articles of
incorporation, amendments, ownership)

· If a Trust is involved in the ownership, IDs, DOBs, occupations, email addresses, and
residential addresses for beneficiaries, trustees, protectors, and settlors. 

· A statement that the customer does not do business with the Sanctioned countries, entities,
and individuals

· 3rd party statement

Our Understanding:

1) So we believe that the new form for additional information would comprise of all the fields
that are mentioned above. If yes, then we will ask for article of incorporation and certificate of
incorporation again as we have already asked based on the assumptions in query 1? And also
would the form be a multistep form ?

2) Beneficial ownership is also added at the time of on boarding so if suppose we need to create
form on the setting page as mentioned in Query 2 based on that assumption will we fetch all the
owners that were added and then add the relevant details such as IDs, DOBs occupations, email
addresses, and residential addresses for Beneficial Owners, Signing Authorities, Key Controllers
Or
If we need to modify the existing on boarding flow so the add owner form would be modified
and all these fields would be added ?.

3) in case of individual business owners the required documents would be the following
(certificate of incorporation, articles of incorporation, amendments, ownership)?

4) What is “If a Trust is involved in the ownership”? and if trust is involved then we will ask for
all the relevant details mentioned IDs, DOBs, occupations, email addresses, and
residential addresses for beneficiaries, trustees, protectors, and settlors. 

5) statement that the customer does not do business with the Sanctioned countries, entities,
and individuals, we believe that it will be a document that would be uploaded.

6) 3rd party statement we believe that it will be a simple document upload.

Please share with us the new endpoints that would be created for vopay onboarding flow
