PARTIES This VENDOR COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT {“Agreement’}. drafted on June 12, 2034 (Effective Date’), is ewecuted and finalized between [Nutri Glass Company] 211460 W ‘nd Street, Center, Colorado 81125) ("Company"), and [Crispin Kelley] Vendor’). The Company and the Vendor are each referred to es @ “Party” and, coectively, 25 the "Parties RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company has entered into 2 Vendor Agreement with the Vendor last Apel’ 35, 2024 to supply the necessary monthly raw materials required by the Company fortwo (2) years. whith includes but is not limited to sand, sada ash, and limestones (“Services”) for its glass production. WHEREAS, last March 13, 2034, the Company, upon further investigation, found several clerical emors from the stated Vendor Agreement, particularly in sections Ill and IV ("Errors"). Therefore, entering into this Agreement te ensure that the Vendor fully complies with documents nacessary to adjust and correct ‘such Errors from the stated Vendor Agreement. COMPLIANCE « Upon signing this Agreement the Vendor agrees and is expected to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Wherein, the Vendor is required to correct all Errors found in the stated Vendor Agreement within three (3) months. Failure to do so will result in the termination of this Agreement and the Vendor Agreement + The Vendor further understands and acknowledges its duties and responsibilities under this covenant, therefore. eqrees, if requested by the Company or deemed necessary, to create and submit all documents necessary to adjust end correct any and all Errors found inthe Vendor Agreement.
