4. (a) What are the key technical features of FTP? [3]

(b) Robert is a business owner who runs an e-commerce website that sells products [7]
online. He noticed that his website was running slow and unresponsive, and
customers were complaining that they couldn’t access the site.

i. What do you think might be going on here?

ii. What are some effective techniques that can be used to prevent this type of
occurrence from happening in the future?
