WE BRING YOUR AUDIO

BACK TO LIFE WITH

EXPERT DIGITIZING
EXPERT TRANSFER OF CASSETTES, REEL-TO-REEL, VINYL AND
MORE TO CD OR DIGITAL FILE

Our audio digitizing technicians transfer over 10,000 hours of recordings every year. Audio
transfer services are not a priority for most companies since the work is challenging and volumes
are lower than other types of scanning. But audio is a specialty at EverPresent. We get
tremendous sound quality from all forms of audio tapes, vinyl records and reel-to-reel
cassettes. Our clients also enjoy the convenience of 40+ locations, home pickups and mail-in
services. We are a family run business and proud that we’ve developed high quality audio
transfer services at fair prices such that audio conversion is now the fastest growing service at
EverPresent.

AFFORDABLE
Premium local services at competitive pricing vs. national mail-in companies.

BETTER

WE WORK WITH EVERY FORMAT

We digitize standard audio cassettes, DAT tapes, mini-cassettes, micro-cassettes, dictation

tapes, 1/4 inch audio reels, half-track audio reels, and all forms of vinyl records and LPs from 33
⅓ RPM to 45 RPM to 78 RPM. Advanced services we offer include track splitting, custom
labeling, equalizing, de-hiss, decrackle and more. Output is available in .mp3 or .wav to CD,
USB or private digital downloads.
In the rare cases that we do not have the equipment, we may subcontract to a local archivist who
specializes in rare formats who we have worked with for decades. In all cases, we personally
transport tapes to his lab. Nothing is ever sent in the mail.
