Dear Dr. Brieta,

The quest for continuing the process of discovering and learning new things has been
challenging since the advent of the New Normal.
The Pandemic has brought in countless changes not only to how things were usually done
but the catastrophe it yielded has spawned great loss or destruction not only to human lives
but to education in general. The quality of teaching and student learning has been greatly
affected by these changes. This has primarily stirred up the attention of those who are
willing to take an active effort to promote human welfare through Research in Academic
Institutions.

In this premise, Tagum Doctors College, Inc., will be hosting the 4th Liyang International
Multidisciplinary Research Conference on November 28 and December 1-2, 2022 at Davao
Del Norte Sports Complex.
This academic endeavor commenced in 2019 as part of the institution’s initiative in
complying with and support CHED Memorandum Order 52, series of 2017, stating, “it is,
therefore, imperative to inspire and enable Philippine Higher Educational Institutions to
become platforms for research and development, innovation and extension in pursuit of
inclusive social and economic development.”

In this line, I would like to invite you to the Pre- Conference Workshop as one of the
speakers on November 28, 2022, at 9:00 AM. At PCU Magdum, Tagum City.
Your presence and expertise in the field of Pharmacy will greatly contribute to the success
of the said academic endeavor.
