Scenario

The instructor will assign 2 teams to present the lecture materials to the class. For this
presentation, the team will focus on the following scenario:
 “As a project manager of a software company you are leading a team to develop software
to a customer in the Vietnam. The project is about building a financial application that
supports the revenue generation of the customer’s import and export business. This project
is very important to your company so your manager wants to make sure that your team
will deliver the project on time, with all functions delivered on schedule. Following are
some risks:
 The customer is very busy and does not have time to meet with your team very often.
 The application is using a new technology that you are not familiar with.
 The team members are relatively new to the company, many have just graduated from a
university and have minimum experience.
 Experienced members of your team are also supporting other projects and can not spend
full time on your project.
