It is with regret that I have to inform you that your role as <Position> with the company has
become redundant. This decision has been made as a result of the recent non-renewal of
client contract. Your employment with <COMPANY> will terminate effective February 15,
2021 (“Employment End Date’).
<Company> acknowledges that you will be entitled to receive the following gross payments:
1) The sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php110,000.00) constituting to statutory
separation or redundancy pay equivalent to one (1) basic salary per year of service which
shall not be subject to withholding tax. You will receive the redundancy paycheck on
February 12, 2021.
2) The sum constituting to any outstanding wages, allowances, bonuses (if any) up to the
employment end date which you will receive on or before February 28, 2021.
As part of the company’s clearance process, you will be required to return all properties,
including but not limited to company issued laptop computer, company ID, HMO cards, and
other company issued properties on your last working day.
