As the new year begins, we would like to continue our companywide focus on energy
conservation. Throughout the past year, we have managed to reduce our energy usage
significantly, but I am sure we can improve on our efforts.

The chart blow provides a graph of our energy usage over the past three years. As you
can see, we have reduced usage in all facilities.

I believe our energy conservation is attributed to the following changes:

 Temperature adjustments in all facilities

 Installation of solar panels in the Utah and Florida facilities
 Insulation upgrades in the Delaware and Utah facilities

We are continuing to seek energy conservation suggestions from our staff. If you have an
energy-saving idea, please email our Facilities Director at facdir@widgetsinc.com. If
your idea is selected and implemented, you will receive a $50 gift card at a business of
your choice!
