Sub: Bills passed without MB during COVID-19 Period

With reference to the above subject it is requested to provide the details of bills
passed in the month of April and May 2020. The data is to be sent in tabulated format
clearly showing the name of work, actual cost of work, number of On-account bills, total
payment disbursed till date, total amount passed during April to June 2020 etc.

A separate statement is also required for the expenditure incurred under the head
of COVID-19 expenses.

Due care should be taken to ensure the correctness of data. Any incorrect or
misleading information will be viewed very seriously.
