The world I Belong

I opened my eyes, knowing nothing;

As vulnerable; as an empty thing
Surrounding, filled my being
With the norms, they believed in.

Introduced me, to the norms and fame

Which could earn me the reputation
And which could burn my expectation
Going against them could entitle me to shame.

Finding, myself in senses quiet,

I asked; myself a question one night
Is this the freedom! you own by, right?
Following the tracks, that society believe are right.

I found, no answer but disguise!

Then a whispering voice, opened eyes
Why surrender to society’s fear?
You can’t deceive the one who lives inside
Who possess a vision to pursue the life
Who believes in liberty and fights to ties

You need to remember how Zeus’s light

Froze Cronus’s blood; to rule the sky,
The wounds; he got in twelve-year fight
Were paid off, as he got thunder and light
Freedom was the reason; Zeus was led to fight

How could you appreciate the life?

When you haven’t felt how death is like
How could you feel the freedom?
When society’s norms rule your kingdom

Every action you took in your life

Was prescribed in society’s light

The world you belong is a place

Where love never touched the heart’s vase
Where truth has no weights
Where lie always wins the race.
I replied to the whispering voice
I no longer belong to the world you described.

Here truth stands forward

Here lie finds no place to hide
Here Love is the only religion
The rest is prohibited from acquisition
Ethnicities and envy reached abolition.

I realized that night

Freedom, is not when we are free to flight
The meaning; of freedom is simple and quite
When our minds are free.

And when we keep, ourselves unaffected

From fickle norms and greed for delight.
This is the world; I created that night
Nowhere it exits, but in my sight.
