TO ADD A NEW USER TO AN EXISTING ENTITY

 Click on ‘User’ Register as a user of an existing organisation

 Organisation ID: Add your Entity Number
 User Name: Add the name you want to use as a user name – no spaces or special
characters e.g. -+&@. Etc
 Password: See requirements below:
goAML Passwords To help maintain security, strong password requirements are in place for accessing
goAML.  Your goAML password must comply with the following requirements:
 be 10-20 characters long
 contain at least 1 upper-case character
 contain at least 1 lower-case character
 contain at least 1 number
 not contain any special characters e.g. ",;&|'

To help maintain password security please keep your password confidential and only access the system in a
secure (work) environment.  Thank you

 Confirm Password: Repeat above

 First Name: Capital first letter then lower case
 Last Name: Capital first letter then lower case
 Email: New users Email address
 Address Type: Select address type
 Address: Enter street address (we want physical business address not PO Box)
 City: Add city
 To enter a supplementary address (e.g. PO Box) click on the blue ‘+’ next to Addresses and add
details
 Phones:
 Contact Type: Select type
 Comm. Type: Select appropriate (e.g. landline phone, mobile phone)
 Area Code & Number: Complete phone number with STD first (no extra spaces or punctuation)
 Extension: Optional field if user has an extension number then add this
 Preview:
 Insert the captche number in the box and submit new user
 Once this has been submitted you will receive an email from the FIU with a reference number
 When your request has been accepted you will receive another email from the FIU
