Relationship Authenticity Audit Tool

This document provides a relationship audit to help people reflect on their authenticity with others. It contains questions for clients to score from 1 to 10 about how comfortable they feel, how freely they can express themselves, if they avoid certain subjects, and if they have said anything about the person they wouldn't want them to hear. Scoring these questions gives a strong indication of authenticity within that relationship. It aims to help people notice their true selves with others.
