Employment Dura in: © Duration of the Employment shall be 3 Years and shall be amendable as per Company Requirement and Performance of the Candidate. * The Exact Employment Duration will be mentioned in the Offer Letter. Working Hours: Regular Work: © The Basic Working Hours is Monthly 208 Hours(8hours 2 day, 6days a week) excluding Lunch Break 1 Hour Per Day. © Company has the right to adjust the Basic Working Hours within 208 Hours / Month flexibly * Working on extra hours during weekdays, Weekends, Public Holidays & Ramadan Period shall be considered as normal working hours. Exceeding 208 Hours / Month, Overtime will be Paid based on the Basic Salary excluding allowance (Hourly Rate = Basic Salary / 208 Hours). Shift Work: * 12 hours per shift (6 days’ work, 6 days off / the shifts are changeable i.e. 3 days’ work, 3 days off) * Over Time will be applicable only after completing the total working hours in a month based on the shift cycles. * Working on extra hours during weekdays, Weekends, Public Holidays & Ramadan Period shall be considered as normal working hours. Overtime will be Paid based on the Basic Salary excluding allowance (Hourly Rate = Basic Salary / 195 Hours).
