CASE STUDY: BENEDICT AND HIS MANAGEMENT STYLE

Benedict’s poor management technique causes the group to be distant and resistant to him. For
this reason, the group disliked him and their performance causes unproductivity. The office atmosphere
became dull after the evaluation.

 How can Benedict manage his team better to promote unity, teamwork, and togetherness
within the division?
