The Achiever of the Month Program

The Achiever of the Month Program is designed to recognize exceptional employees who
demonstrate outstanding service and a positive attitude towards their work. This program is open to
all employees in India and internationally.

To be nominated for the award, the employee must be a permanent employee and approved by
their supervisor.

The criteria for selection are based on Attitude and Commitment, Interpersonal Skills, Work
Performance, and Personal Traits.

Attitude and commitment include being dedicated to fulfilling job responsibilities, completing tasks
on time, participating in organizational activities, and going the extra mile. Interpersonal skills
include being helpful, cooperative, and positive towards superiors and co-workers, and being an
effective team player.

Work performance includes high-quality work, completing assignments accurately and on time,
handling high-stress situations calmly, and showing a willingness to learn and take on new
responsibilities. Personal traits include being professional, conscientious, honest, hard-working, and
having integrity on and off the job.

The program is implemented in the following steps:

1. Performance Review: Evaluate employees based on assigned tasks, value addition,

innovative ideas, going the extra mile, and error-free work.

2. Sharing Information: Line managers send the details of the selected employee to the PS
team for announcement on the second Monday of each month. The employees and TLs have
to fill the performance report in KEKA on time without any delay.

3. Reward: The achiever is rewarded with a certificate, voucher, or monetary reward. Images of
the same are posted on KEKA, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

However, there are some disadvantages to this program like workplace conflicts, biasness, overly
competitive workforce, high costs, and built-in limitations

Overall, the Achiever of the Month Program is a great way to motivate and recognize employees
who have shown exceptional performance and positive attitude towards their work.
