SUBJECT: RENTAL CHARGE FOR OCCUPYING OF “WHICH AREA (GIVE A

The Management Corporation of Continew Residensi (herein refer as the landlord) is renting
“TENANT NAME (herein refer as the tenant)” the space of “WHICH AREA” with a
monthly rental amount of RM X,XXX for the period of 12 months. Tenancy to be
commenced starting 1st April 2023 and expired on 31st March 2023.

The tenant is requiring to pay the following to the landlord:

1. Deposit: RM X,XXX
2. Rental: RM X,XXX
3. Utility: RM X,XXX

Terms:
a. The rental and utility paid are non-refundable.
b. The tenant shall responsible for the upkeep of the property. If there is damages causd
by the tenant to the property, the deposit shall be use to compensate for the
rectification of the damages caused.
c. The deposit is refundable upon expiry of the tenancy if the tenant complied item b.
d. In the event there is early termination by the tenant, the deposit will be forfeited to
compensate the landlord’s loss of income.
e. In the event there is early termination of tenancy from the landlord, the landlord shall
refund the deposit in full provided the tenant complied item b.
f. Renewal or termination shall be made in written form and shall be served 1 month in
advance.

We, “TENANT NAME” hereby accept the terms above and attached herewith the transfer
slip for the payment of item 1, 2 and 3.
