The modality (learning channel preference) questionnaire reproduced here is by O’Brien (1985).
To complete, read each sentence carefully and consider if it applies to you. Indicate how often
the situation applies to you according to the chart below by writing the corresponding number on
the space provided before each item. Please respond to all questions.

As a learner if my intelligence was not fully I will going to prepare myself by doing self-study to
