full obligations and rights as citizens of that country. Citizens have a number of rights that should be
obtained, and obligations that must be carried out. The purpose as well as the reason for enforcing
rights and obligations is to create a comfortable, peaceful, safe, and prosperous life. Therefore, we
as good citizens need to uphold our rights and obligations in our daily lives.

A. The right of citizens to the state:


- The right to embrace the religion they believe in, and carry out their religious obligation,
- The right to obtain and use state health facilities,
- The right to issue opinions in accordance with applicable regulations, for example making petitions,
- The right to use public facilities, for example public transportation and toll roads,
- The right to legal protection including self-defense,
- The right to receive educational facilities without any difference, for example class or economic
status,
- The right to have the same position,
- The right to be released by the state when he becomes a prisoner or hostage,
- The right to have freedom in determining their choice in elections,
- Have the right to access the same technology, such as the distribution of internet and electricity
networks.

B. Citizens' obligations to the state:


- Obligation to pay taxes on time,
- Obligation to maintain public facilities that have been given and not damage them,
- Obligation to maintain order and security in the surrounding environment,
- Obligation to comply with the legal regulations in force in a country,
- Obligation to obey the norms that apply in society,
- Obligation to obey traffic rules when driving,
