    Certified that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, duly convened and held at A-
    292, Block-5, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi on 12-12-2020, the following resolution was duly passed.

    WHEREAS Atlantic Surveyors (Pvt) Ltd is applying for registration as vendor of K-Electric for
    providing its services.

    "RESOLVED that Syed Muhammad Ali (Team Leader Inspection) whose specimen signatures &
    details are given hereunder is empowered and authorized to singly sign the bid documents and
    all papers related to company’s registration as vendor with K-Electric.
