Who is who?

3rd Person POV

It was a fine day when Kal was cleaning the house she just moved in to. She always wanted to
live in a nice and quiet neighborhood in her dream town, Cessation. A week as already passed
since she moved in. She had good neighbors who welcomed her, and she also received good
compliments from them.

Later that night, she turned on her television and she quickly got her food from the dining table.
As she was eating, suddenly, a news flashed stating that there had been some murders happening
around the neighborhood, and that the killer is still unknown. She felt a chill run down her spine
after she watched the news, fearing that maybe she will come next.

Another week has passed when there was another murder of a woman. The people in the
neighborhood are now getting frightened.

Kal’s POV

A lot of murders have been happening in this neighborhood lately. This is not good. I have to be
more cautious now.

It’s 8:17 in the morning and I just woke up. My hands feel sore but I should continue cleaning
organizing my stuff. I still have a lot of unpacking to do.

As I was on my way to my bedroom, I noticed something on the wall. It looks like a door. I went
ahead and tried to open it and it did.

There’s a staircase. A hidden staircase. It’s heading downstairs. I went down to see what was in
there and it was a room with a cupboard. Out of curiosity, I checked what was inside.

A fossil bone? What is this thing doing here? It looks like an elephant trunk. It’s broken though.
Oh. Could this be a mammoth’s trunk? It’s so sharp. Is it really this sharp? Anyway, I should get
back to what I was doing.

As I went back upstairs, I finished what I was doing. I went to my room and turned on my
television. Another murder. Only a month has passed since I moved in and there’s already 7
people killed.
3rd Person POV

A month has passed and Kal’s neighbors still hasn’t seen her go outside of her house. They are
already wondering about who Kal is. But they think she is just shy and doesn’t want to
communicate.

Another week has passed, another murder has happened. The victims are a couple. These poor
ladies must have been terrified to their last moments. They have been stabbed multiple times.

As the murders are being investigated, the forensic pathologist who was assigned with the bodies
noticed one thing. Every body he autopsied has been marked. Could that be a sign of the killer?
Every victim was marked with “Y” behind their ear. What could this be?

But one thing that the detectives are unkempt about is that of the murder weapon. They couldn’t
figure out what exactly was used. They only know that it was sharp and round. Almost like a
mammoth’s trunk.

Kal’s POV

Wow. These detectives are finding the bodies pretty quick. Well, they are just left in public so
they are quickly found. Should I start hiding them? Or maybe chop them and feed it to my dog.
Giggle*

Well, it’s their fault why they died, right? They shouldn’t have crossed the line. And now, my
ex-girlfriend even moved on with another girl so fast when we just broke up a week ago. So sad,
she had to end up being a corpse.

No one should mess with Kaley. No one ever messes with me. You wouldn’t be able to handle
what I am capable of.

Now, now, let me get back to my weapon room downstairs.

I should sharpen up my dear mammoth again . The stabbing didn’t go pretty well with Xy and
her new girl. *giggles* I didn’t expect for this fossil bone to be this useful. I only found this
when I went hiking as a kid. I never thought I could treasure this beautiful thing for that long.

It’s a good thing I figured out that hidden staircase when I moved in here. This room gives me a
peace of mind. It’s quiet, and cold, surprisingly. Could it be from the spirits of my beloved ones?
Laugh*

I should go back now. She’s here.

3rd Person POV

The detectives are still puzzled with the murders. But they are now close to finding the culprit.
They are confused, but all the victims are related to the new comer, Kal. They already
interrogated her, but she seems so innocent to be the culprit.

Kal remains mysterious to the neighbors as she never really talks to them. They already suspect
her too.

Kal’s POV

Detectives came to interrogate me. I’m so shocked to know about what happened. Xy and her
new girlfriend just died. The detectives also told me that my cousin just died. What do I do?
What deal do they have with the killer?

3rd Person POV

Another murder has happened. Only five days has passed and there’s already another murder.
This killer is already getting out of control. Someone has to stop her.

Kal’s POV

I just got home. My dear cousin, why did you have to cross the line? Now look at how you ended
up. A corpse. I already told you not to provoke me, right?

3rd Person POV

The forensic evidences really lead back to Kal, so she was finally arrested. Kal firmly denied that
she was the culprit, but could not find any presumptuous alibi. She had no choice but to let
herself be arrested.

Kal’s POV
I watch as my beloved twin sister gets arrested. Poor little thing. I know you did not do anything
but to give me what I wanted. That’s why I love you, my dear sister. Don’t worry. Your life there
in jail will be great. I have just the perfect person to protect you there. You will get out of there
soon.
