Annual Training Need Assessment for 2023/24

In order to identify organizational gaps that can be bridged through training
and development programs, the HCMD is initiating a training need assessment
for the upcoming fiscal year 2023/24. To this end, Training & Development
Division has prepared a questionnaire for all departments and districts of the
Bank which is vital input for the need assessment.
The need assessment questionnaire needs to be completed by department and
district directors by considering the manpower under your supervision to bring
an insightful employee with ample experience to obtain the required data and
identify training gaps and subsequently prepare training programs that bring
about desired work behavior and enhance productivity.
This is, therefore, to request you to submit number of trainees for the courses of
your preference and other suggested trainings on or before April 15, 2023 based
on the attached formats. Please send your response to the Training and
Development Division as per the deadline given above.
