This machine has been mainly developed for grinding the specimen to get a good surface finish, using the pneumatic source of air operated device. This equipment is good and efficient compare to other and also forward and reverse speed is constant in pneumatic, so good finishing is obtained by using this machine also the quality on specimens in industries is achieved. The base contains all arrangements of this equipment. The base hold supporting arm is on one side, on the top side of the supporting arm contains the handle and pivot arrangements. The moving arrangement is sliding through the supporting arm. The pneumatic rotor is fixed in the sliding arrangement. The handle is pressed down side; the pivot moves the sliding arrangement with the pneumatic rotor. The pneumatic rotor is come up by the help of spring attached on the moving arrangement. The specimen is placed above the base, and then the pneumatic rotors rotated by apply the air through it. The pneumatic rotor rotates then the grinding tool also rotates, during this time the handle is press down to make the grinding operation on the specimen. The equipment consumes less electrical power and well suitable for small scale industries and workshops. ADVANTAGES Less power consumption Cost is less APPLICATIONS In automobile workshops In small scale industries etc. Certified that the above project has not been done by any other batch of same year / previous year.
