This RENTAL AGREEMENT is made and

8. TERMINATION OF LEASE; The Lease may be terminated by giving 2 (Two)


Months notice in writing after 11 Months to terminate this Lease Agreement.

9. SUB LEASE;The Lessee shall not be entitled or permitted to assign, underlet or


sublet the schedule premises or any part whereof or part with possession of the
above described property or any part thereof to anybody whatsoever.

10. PAINTING CHARGES: At the time of vacating tenant has to pay actual
amount towards painting charges.
