orally OD. The doctor tells the client to take the medicine religiously for the next 3 years.

1. Are there any preventive measures that you should consider to address survivorship?
2. What other health instructions are appropriate for this client?

Situation 2: Lema , 30 years old, married and housewife had right mastectomy due to Stage II
cancer of the breast. The next day following her operation, you noticed that that her right arm is
swollen, and could hardly close and open her affected hand and complains of severe pain at a
scale of 8/10. As you continue to do your assessment, Lema tells you that she is depressed and
had been crying silently expecting her husband at her bedside upon waking up from anesthesia.
