Entrepreneurship is often likened to a journey: the route from concept to success being
long, sometimes circuitous and frequently arduous.
A good deal has been written in the media, press and business literature about the stages of
entrepreneurship, the dynamics of innovation and the processes involved; as well as the
values of resilience, tenacity, passion and belief.
To stay ahead of the competition, it’s vital that we constantly reinvent our businesses and
ourselves, and the only way to accomplish this is by having an entrepreneurial mindset.
Developing an entrepreneurial mindset is all about altering your perspective: No matter
how long you’ve been in business, you’re starting it anew today. It’s about the process of
diagnosing issues and symptoms to find root problems, framing options that may serve as
possible solutions, clarifying data that you have and seeking what you need, and developing
viable options and alternatives.
In 2015 Alexander co-founded Pass the Keys, a new type of property management
company, specialising in the short-let market.
Pass the Keys is a simple yet unique concept. It offers a comprehensive rental management
package for homeowners who want to let their properties on platforms like Airbnb.
Alexander’s team takes care of the entire process: from listing the properties to proactively
searching for guests, managing their stay and even cleaning up after they leave.
In the first video the autor says that her favorite entrepreneurs are her grandmother and her
boyfriend, because she challenges the status quo, thinking like an entrepreneur, not letting
her age change his goal, getting out of her comfort zone wich is vital in order to be
successful.
It talks about some business from Eleon Musk wich is a very famous entrepreneur, one of
his projects includes paypal, a factoring application wich is still relevant in our days. She
also mentioned Youtube and other successful projects made by young people of this last
generation, she mentioned that one secret is working by group, the level of success increase
than working alone, in fact increase even more when you add someone who thinks different
of you.
