We entered the room and it was completely messy, the smell inside the room could not be
described, lying on the bed was a body, a knife lying on the floor near it, on the nightstand we
saw a note in which there was only one word and it was “ Goodbye”. Another thing that seemed
important to us was that one of the windows was open and a funeral cold was coming in through
it. It was a tense scene, then we could see that on the way leading to the next room there was a
path of blood drops on the floor, but luckily for us the door was closed as if they wanted us not
to open it. When we analyzed the body we found signs of violence on the body and arms, which
made us even more worried to know what was behind the door. When we were finally able to
open the mysterious door we found many posters, newspapers and photos stuck on the wall all
referring to the same person “Ana Rodriguez”, then inside of us questions like: Who was Ana,
why did the deceased had so much information about her; Detective Adriana in her
investigation could find a link between the victim and the photos found, it turns out that Ana
was his daughter who was kidnapped 20 years ago and according to investigations the case was
closed, because no trace of her was ever found, it was as if the Earth had swallowed her up. So
what was the link between this disappearance and the death of this man and why was it made to
look like a suicide?
After many investigations we had a suspect Omar ex boyfriend of the victim’s daughter but we
could not find him until finally thanks to the collaboration of a person, we found him in a town
outside the city called “Water Hill”. When we arrived we found to our surprise Omar with Ana,
the missing girl.

After many hours of interrogation they were able to confess what had really happened that
night, it turns out that Ana sent Omar to kill her father because he was about to find her, she did
not want to go back to him because when she was a child she was physically and sexually
abused by her father, so she sent Omar to give him a warning and stop his investigation. But
what she thought was a warning ended in a disgrace, Omar killed the man because he rubbed
her face in what he did with his daughter as a child, she felt so helpless that she could not
control her anger, she got so scared and then she remembered one of the series she was
watching where the murderer made it look like a suicide so she wrote that note and left the room
through the window. Omar adds that he came home so desperate and told Ana what had
happened and she just smiled and said it was the most beautiful night in the world. Eventually
Ana and Omar were imprisoned and the judge sentenced them both to life imprisonment.
