Plan maintenance and/or diagnosis of faults in line with job

requirements

As part of maintenance planning, it is important to have a comprehensive monitoring

form to properly manage your computer laboratory. In this activity, you are going to
create your own DAILY MONITORING PLAN, a table that you will going to use to as
guide to monitor a computer laboratory.
Direction: Create a monitoring plan for daily checking of a computer network with 30
client pc, 1 server, connected to a 48 port switch. Include checking of connectors, ISP
connection PC cable, and power source connection.
Below is an example of a Daily Monitoring Plan. You are required to fill out necessary
information parts, peripherals, and other network components that needs to be check
on daily basis. Your monitoring plan or monitoring sheet will be included in your
digitized Activity Portfolio. Save a screenshot and include the images on your portfolio.
