The Humble Petition filed by the above named Petitioners

Most Respectfully States:

1. That the marriage between Petitioners No.1 and 2 were solemnized


on 17/04/2008 in Olive Garden , Sector- 52, Noida. Petitioner No.
1 according to Hindu Rites and customs by the parties therein and
in presence of friends, relatives and parents of the both the parties.

2. That after marriage both the Petitioners No. 1 and 2 began to lead
conjugal life as Husband and Wife in the house of Petitioner No.2 at
Balaji enclave, Zirakpur,Lohgarh , Teh- Dera Bassi, P.S. Zirakpur,
P.O. Zirakpur Dist- Sahibjada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab : 140603

3. That after few years of marriage both the petitioners return back to
West Bengal and started to lead their conjugal life in the above noted
address of the petitioner No. 1 Ashok Nagar Road 8, Siliguri (M
Corp.), P.S. Bhakti nagar, P.O. Siliguri Bazar, Dist: Jalpaiguri, which
is fall under the jurisdiction of the Ld. Court.

4. That in the wed-lock between the Petitioner No. 1 and 2, one the
male child namely Ayanav Singh is born who is now 12 years old
and the female namely Madhusmita Singh Child is born who is now
2 years old , both are residing under the care and custody of the
mother.

5. That after few years of marriage , the marital tie between the
petitioners was cordial and happy, which began to worsen
thereafter.

6. That due to lack of adjustment from the point of mentality and


habits, taste the petitioners began to lead separate life from
1/12/2020 and since then both the petitioners have been living
separately in their address as mentioned in the cause title.

7. That the petitioner No.1 will not demand any permanent alimony.

8. That there is no hope of reconciliation in between the Petitioner in


leading conjugal life together and both have decided mutually not to
