Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1969, in the Second Schedule, after para (8), the following shall be added: %(9) ‘LHC’ series shall be assigned to the vehicles under Use of judges of Lahore High Court and registration mark shall be displayed on white background with the colour scheme of black alphabets and numerals having a green strip on top of number plate. (10) Second proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 42 of the rules shall biso be applicable for the registration marks allotted under para (9).”.
