Change The Channel, Change Your Life

1. Decide! Make a firm decision to read Prabhupada’s books every day. Write

it down on a piece of paper. Put this on your desk, bed, or bathroom mirror.

2. Write Reasons! To strengthen your resolve, start a five minute timer, and

write all the reasons you want to read Srila Prabhupada’s books.

3. Find Your Sanga! Team up with an accountability partner or join a reading

group to stay motivated to keep reading over the next 30 days.

4. Go On A News Fast! Whenever you feel the urge to watch TV or scroll

mindlessly on Facebook, use that same time instead to read Prabhupada’s

books.

Be A Sage, Page By Page

1. Get The Right Tools! Download the “Be A Sage” App right now, available

for iPhone and Android and on the web. Fashion yourself a “Do Not Disturb”

sign to hang on your door when you’re reading and chanting.

2. Create a Reading Plan! Using the app, figure out how many pages you will

read of Srila Prabhupada’s books each day. Finish Srimad-Bhagavatam in

one year? Five years? You can do it! Set a challenging goal that excites you,

but isn’t too hard.

 3. Crack it Open! Take the books off the shelf. Open them. Mark an X every

day you complete your pages. Go for 30 in a row!

4. Become A CHAD Member! Chant a chapter of Bhagavad-gita every day in

addition to your new plan. It only takes a few minutes. Prabhupada asked for

1. The Power of Three! Write down three people in your life you’d like to give

a book to. Then send books to them in the next thirty days.

2. Carry A Book Everywhere! Lord Caitanya will send someone for you to

give it to.

3. Bhadra Campaign 2020! Go back to Godhead by giving a set of SB on Sept

2nd.

4. Start or Join a Monthly Sankirtan Festival! Breathe life into your

community. During the pandemic, you can join one the many online Calling

Parties.
