1. The drawing below represents a concrete masonry wall supporting a precast
concrete hollow-core plank roof deck and concrete masonry parapet. Complete
this detail by drawing and labeling all of the components needed to finish the
roof and parapet. Refer to “Base flashing and parapet coping” in the lecture
note. Use a protected membrane roof as illustrated in the upper portion of
Figure 16.13 of the text, using 2 inches insulation boards.
