Today we see how the fast-food market is increasing at a rapid rate.

That is why teens now like having


junk food more. In addition, junk food is also tastier and easier to cook.

But there are some ways to encourage teenagers to cook healthy meals.

As for me the most effective way is when parents are encouraging their children to cook. Preparing and
cooking food is a great way for parents to enjoy time with their children, inspire them to follow recipes
and create their own healthy meals. In kitchen teens are able to watch their parents measure
ingredients, mix a variety of flavors together and watch the food transform into a full meal. Inviting
teens into the kitchen can help them learn about healthy eating and it also allows them to practice their
math and science skills through measuring and mixing. Parents can use their children’s curiosity in the
kitchen to help them learn about proper nutrition and encourage their creativity.

The other great thing is when education provide all necessary conditions for teaching teens how to cook
healthy. It is really great when schools provide professional development opportunities for teachers and
other support staff to teach and promote healthy eating and being active.

In conclusion I would like to say that it is important especially for teens to eat healty. And for parents
and education to help them to cook and eat properly.
