I am Mikylla B. Ilagan, 18 years old, a resident of Zone 4, Tibasak, Macasandig, CDO. I am a graduating
Senior-High School Student taking up General Academic Strand (GAS) in an Academic Track in
Macasandig National High School. In partial fulfillment of my course, I am required to undergo a work
immersion.

This immersion will surely help me evaluate my skills and learning obtained in school, and to make it
