The attached official receipts of Ahlens Realty Corporation are showing that the company is paying
accordingly to the tax regulation. However, we want to inform you that we are still retrieving the
electronic attachment or e-sub form, for the 4 th Qtr, October to December 2019. In case, we have failed
to recover the said documents, we are very much willing to re-file or re-submit the said quarter return
with missing electronic attachment or e-sub. We understand that BIR is imposing penalty for the late
filling of returns. Regarding this, we are reaching out to your kind heart to give us consideration to abate
the penalty.
