Projects

Shortcut tool - 2018

Developed a shortcut tool that eases the typing and improves Velocity with shorter patterns and hotkeys.
The project covered over 500+ patterns and 100+ hotkey combinations. The project was then expanded
to different languages and locales where i was the POC to corroborate everything to a single tool.

Autocorrection and Error prediction tool - 2018

Developed a windows RegEx based tool that formats the data as per requirement and predicts the error
present in the data. This helped to improve quality of the associates and the process quality as well. The
tool was then recognised by the ACES and launched into the environment the associates worked.

Real Time Velocity Tracker - 2019

Developed a windows based application to track the real time production velocity of the associate. It
captured the time spent on particular workload , the efficiency, deviation and recorded each in an Excel
for future reference. The project was appreciated and launched globally in Alexa data services after over
300% SLA goals being met in India.

Time Management tool - 2019

Developed a windows RegEx based tool that capture the daily time the associate worked on production,
break and other activities. The tool was then relaunched in 2021 as a web application developed using
Javascript RegEx.

Shortcut tool - 2021

The shortcut tool that i developed with 2018 was redeveloped for chromium OS as a chrome plugin with
additional enhancements. The project was launched globally and i was the POC from India in the project.
Managed the project locally and collaborated with different people on this project.
