1. Segunda Solis Katigbak

 Solis and Dr. Jose Rizal had a relationship when they were 14 years old. She was Rizal's
first girlfriend.

 Also known as Orang. She and pepe met when she was fourteen years old. Pepe was a
boarder at Donya Concha's house, which is close to the Valenzuelas' home.

 Pepe's third love was Leonor Rivera. Their relationship was not easy for many reasons.
First, Leonor is too young for Pepe. Leonor was only fourteen years old when they
started having a relationship while Pepe was already in his twenties.
4. Consuelo Ortega y Rey
 When Pepe was in Europe he met Consuelo Ortega y Rey. Daughter of the mayor of
Manila, Don Pablo. Even though Pepe and Leonor Rivera are still in a relationship, Pepe
still entertain other women. Consuelo who is still young is one of them.
5. Seiko Usui
 The fifth of Pepe's failed love is the Japanese lady. Her name is Seiko Usui also known as
O-Sei-San which means "The Honorable Miss Sei". Pepe went to Japan from HongKong
to work at the Spanish Legation with a salary of one hundred pesos. There he met Seiko.
He asked a gardener to help him because he did not know enough to speak their
language. Pepe was twenty-seven and Seiko was twenty-three when they met.
Fortunately, Seiko knows how to speak English and French so he and Pepe were able to
communicate easily.
6. Gertrude Beckett
 She is Gertrude Beckett, the daughter of the owner of the house where she lives. The
girl likes Pepe and she shows it by helping Pepe make the paint he uses for painting and
making clay for sculpting.
