to have a successful retail business one of the things that matter are the strategy
of planning and determing what is your strength and weaknesses kanina..... mr
rodriguez already talk about management capabilities, finanacial resources, and
locations
and now i'm going to discusss the continuation which are the operation,
merchandise, store management and customer loyalty. first is operations..... like
what i said earlier you have to be aware on the strength and weaknesses of your
businesses. it is an advantage to the business if you know what is your advatages
with your competitors and whats need to be improved in terms of operation.

when we say operation this is how you run your business..... the step by step
process of your product or services. for example in Jollibee they have their own
standard when it comes to their operation.... on my own experience as a former

for example or any kind of celebration and i think their strenght in party
operation is that they have enough man power to overcome every situation, and for
me their weaknesses is their payment processing after the party medyo mabagal ang

on the cashier and in my experience meron at merong customers ang magrereklamo sa
tagal nang processing ng party payments.

next is merchandise is a process of presenting products for sale in a retail


environment in ways that influence buying decisions of customers.
When we talk about merchandise, we are talking about products available for sale.
the in store display, Well-stocked shelves and Spotlighting promotional items
one of the strenghth of merchandise is Buyers will spend more time in the retail
store dahil maraming available na product. theres gonna be more satisfied customers
and it may increased customer loyalty. and the weakness will be the cost associated
to the merchandise cost of promotion of the product.

is Managing the stores.... ensuring that every project, no matter how large or
small..... it has to be properly managed. it is how the store funtions. it is very
important to know your strength and weaknesses when it comes to the store
management because thats where the customers communicate with your business. first
impression matters to the customers or the client. so kapag hindi maayos ang store
management mo maaring may mga customer na madissapoint sa store mo.

last but not the least


is customer loyalty. when we say customer loyalty the consumer prefer to buy your
brand or mas gustong bumili sa store kesa sa iba o sa competitor. you can gain
customer loyalty by having a good relationship with your customer. need mong
kuhanin ang kanilang trust for customer retention..... pag bininigyan mo sila nang
importance. ganun din ang pwdeng ibalik sayo...... makakagain ka rin nang customer
recommendation pag naging loyal sayo si customeer pwdeng irefer ka din niya sa
another potential customer.
