REFLECTION:
After reading this module, I realized that the fight provides the power of knowledge, the limit of strength, and
freedom. Apolinario Mabini fights to the top of his knowledge as an aspiring priest, turns to be a politician, and is
the strongest politician produced outside of the Philippines, despite being in such poor condition as a sibling to
two others and an encouraging mother who wants the best for her son. His mother was overjoyed because he had a
strong interest in knowledge as a young child. Apolinario Mabini continued his studies to become a priest after his
mother died. He quickly realized that he wasn't meant to be a priest, but rather a politician. He attended the
University of Santo Tomas. To pay for his tuition, he opened his own school. He became a politician after
graduating first in his class and studying under Andres Bonifacio. In the end, he was dubbed "the Brains of the
Philippine Revolution." A hero must be dedicated to his or her actions and spirit. Apolinario Mabini is a hero
because he has devotion and spirit.
