Scope of the Market

As we see in the present scenario that too many of the organization are demanding their car vendor for the
cars to be equipped with VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) as they often complain about the tampering of kilometers
by the drivers. So, solution for this problem is VTS as it calculate the distance travelled by the vehicle by google
map and is very accurate to the actual kilometers travelled.
There is a big unawareness about the technology of GIS/GPS/Fleet Management/Vehicle Tracking System
among the people in India. In the recent news The Delhi Government had made compulsory for all the Commercial
vehicle should be equipped with Vehicle Tracking System. The main challenge for us is to make the people aware
about the benefits of the GPS based Vehicle Tracking System.
For the above mentioned situation be have many plane to overcome this. We had planned to arrange canopy
programmes in different places, Distribution of Leaflets with newspapers; Awareness article about the benefits of
GPS based Vehicle Tracking System in the Local Newspaper, Advertisements, etc.

Financial Projections
Step 6
Add in financial projections. Once you paint a picture of what business you are in and who the company serves, it is time to show the
loan officer the financial picture. Provide financial sales projections and expenses for at least three to five years. Be conservative and
truthful when making these projections.

Step 7
Write an executive summary. Even though the executive summary is the first part of a business plan and one of the most important
parts, you may want to write it last because it is an overview of everything the business plan contains. Since you may not have the full
picture until after you have compiled the plan, it is usually best to write this page last. The executive summary contains a description

# 485/434, Pandu Niketan, 1st Floor, Peppin Gali, North Mandiri, Buddha Colony, Patna – 800001, Bihar (India), Ph: +91 612 3192019, Mob: +91 99340 00019

of your business goals and the strategies you intend to employ to achieve your goals and should be compelling enough to interest a
bank loan officer into wanting to read the rest of the plan and consider giving you the loan.

Step 8
Add a cover page. After you place the executive summary as the first page, create a cover page that includes the title “Business Plan”
centered in the middle of the page and the contact information for the business in block format in the bottom left corner of the page.
Include the business name, address, phone number, website and email address.

Step 1
.Write a description of the business. Explain how you started your business and any evolutions the business has gone
through since it began. Typically, the business description is about one page and describes where your business started,
the reason it exists and gives a glimpse of which direction you want to move in.

Step 2
State the company goals, listing out the specific goals you have for the business with time for the periods for reaching them. Where
possible, make the goals of your company specific and measurable. A measurable goal may include, “To sell 1,000 widgets a month in
order to generate revenue of $10,000 per month within a six-month period.”

Step 3

Describe the company management. List out each of the managers involved in the business. Provide a professional biography for each
manager and fully describe their role in your business. Also, mention any positive contributions the experience and knowledge of each
manager has brought to starting and growing your business.

Step 4
Describe the products or services you are selling. Include a full description of each product or service you offer your customers and
prospective customers.

business events and placing banners on the websites of professional groups that your target audience belongs to.
