COMMERCIAL BELT, ALPHA-1, GREATER NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH-201308 FOR COMMITTING OFFENCE
OF HARRASMENT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. That I Vinay Yadav Proprietor of Machine X Industries having office At F-9, Khasara No. 35/22,
Rajendra Park, Nangloi West Delhi-110041.

2. That I have the firm where I supply various type of machine such as samosa making machine.

3. That the __________________has orderd for the purchase of Samosa making machine and Atta
Mixer. The quotation raised by me was of Rs. _____________________.

4. That I have supplied the machine as per the demand and requirement of the accused persons
and raised an invoice of Rs. 47, 770/-

5. That I returned 10,000/- to the accused, and further 2,500/-. I have paid the transportation
charges also.

6. That accused person has after taking delivery started harassing me for further amount which is
purportedly not due against me.

7. That the accused is continuously calling me and intimidating me of dire consequences I I would
not return his money.
