Through a video clip of professor Natasha Gosh’s conversation, I acquire a lot

of information on how to stay “well and healthy” as a student. At the beginning of the

video clip, she told her story about when she was at school. She said that excitement,

worry, and crying are normal feelings when students live apart from their families in

the other country. Due to the time change, you would feel asleep, tired, and have a lot

of assignments to submit; therefore, it leads international students to feel extremely

homesick and would like to come back home. I think I would have these feelings

when I live apart from my parents; however, Mrs. Natasha Gosh said “Be ok with all

of the new feelings you have”, so I believe I could be fine. Moreover, “Nothing is

absolutely good, every aspect is one thing that we will practice” is Natasha’s idea that

is resonated with me. Nobody is perfect, everyone is good at different aspects, but

practice could make us improve and better as well as in the aspect of health and

wellness, you would like to improve your heathy or your learning result, and keep fit,

you should put attention on what you’re eating when you sleep, how you study and

connect with society. Furthermore, the languages that you are using also have an

influence on your health and wellness. For example, you have difficulty in

communication or your English skills, you could not get along with other people.

trying to use will help your brain get used to this language and react to it.

staying healthy and well as a student. First of all, being positive is a significant thing

that I make an effort to carry out. Optimistic thought ought to assist me to solve the

problem quickly and not to be under pressure which is one of the reasons cause

mental illness. Secondly, I attempt to do daily work out and go to bed early. These

activities make both my body and brain keep fit, healthy, and strong. The following
task I have to do is to read 100 pages of books in English per day which helps me

learn new vocabulary and enhance my grammar. Since the language that I’m using

have a dramatic effect on my health and wellness, reading book in English would

contribute to improving each aspect of my English skills. That would make my brain

more accustomed to English and confident when using it. Finally, organizing properly
